Who Should Attend
The ILTS Annual Congress is the leading educational meeting for scientists, surgeons, physicians, nurses, and organ procurement personnel in the field of liver transplatation from around the world. The meeting is designed to allow the liver transplant specialist to interact and network with individuals from various parts of the globe and to compare and understand the differences in procedures and therapy in the treatment of liver transplantation.
The Rising Star Symposium
Young investigators and their designated mentor will be invited to submit an abstract. Six prizes of $1,500 will be awarded to the best investigator-mentor teams. In the Rising Star Symposium, each winning team will have 15 minutes during which the mentor will give an overview of the topic and then introduce the young investigator, who will present the abstract. ILTS wants to attract the brightest and best combinations of youth and wisdom working in the clinical and basic science of liver transplantation research today.
