Sex- and gender-based disparities exist in adult and paediatric kidney, liver, lung, heart, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. There are not only biological, but also psychological and socioeconomic issues that contribute to disparity in outcomes as well as to inequitable access to transplantation for women and girls.

ESOT (European Society for Organ Transplantation) and ILTS are proud to announce the second part of this two-part webinar series that started on November 30 with Session I: How to Break Barriers in Disparities within professional societies.
