International Society of Liver Surgeons was created with the vision of improving the health and welfare of liver and pancreas disorders throughout the world by scientific research and close international cooperation. As a part of our vision, we have prepared the ISLS symposium to provide the opportunity to discuss recently emerging issues and exchange the latest information on liver transplantation, liver and pancreas surgery, endoscopic and laparoscopic liver surgery as well as to promote relations among the participants from around the world.

The next symposium, ISLS 2018 symposium, will be held from October 5 to 6, 2018. And the venue will be Asan Medical Center which has achieved a world-class medical reputation in Korea. Please mark dates and venue on your calendar.

ISLS 2018 symposium promises to be a great opportunity to present high-level techniques in endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery in liver and pancreas and share valuable academic researches and cases. The scientific program will be carefully designed to offer sessions in various categories that cover the most urgent and important topics. The Organizing Committee of ISLS 2018 Symposium would like to emphasize the Live Demonstration Session which will provide participants with an opportunity to share the most up-to-date surgical accomplishments and techniques.
