LDLT Registry Launch Announcement
The LDLTregistry.org team is delighted to invite you to collaborate in the Living Donor Liver Transplant (LDLT) registry to assess current practice and clinical outcomes in LDLT.
Project summary:
- Any center worldwide involved in LDLT is eligible to participate.
- Study provides highly valuable data on outcomes after LDLT.
- Citable co-authorship for up to three collaborators per institution.
- Access the raw data for future studies.
What is it about?
- Morbidity and mortality for both the donor and recipient until hospital discharge and up to 90 days postoperatively.
- Additional 12 month outcome data will be captured.
- A novel, pragmatic and collaborative approach to surgical outcomes research after LDLT.

- You can join the registry anytime. Center recruitment is now open.
- Patient recruitment starts 1 September 2023.
How can you get involved?
- Click here to register your participation.
- Form a team of up to 3 people per institution or senior surgeon to collect data. This team can include doctors or health care professionals of any grade.
- Obtain necessary local approvals. Note that this project may be registered as an audit, quality improvement program or may require formal ethics approval, depending on the local regulations.
