ILTS Endorsement and Sponsorship
If you, in addition to the request for announcement on the ILTS website, wish to apply for ILTS Endorsement or Sponsorship please ensure that you meet the requirements listed below.
ILTS ENDORSEMENT - ILTS approval and affiliation without montary support:
- Request must be received at least 6 months prior to the program dates.
- Request to include completed application and program.
- ILTS Education Committee and Council will have the ability to review the plan for publications resulting from the meeting (proceedings, supplement, consensus document, etc.).
- ILTS logo to appear on requestor’s meeting material and website.
- ILTS will post endorsed meeting on ILTS website.
- Email announcement to ILTS members of an ILTS endorsed program will be reviewed on a case by case basis

ILTS SPONSORSHIP - Monetary sponsorship requested from ILTS
- Request must be received at least 8 months prior to the program dates.
- Request to include completed application and program.
- ILTS will have the ability to make recommendations to the program agenda.
- ILTS Education Committee and Council will have the ability to review and make recommendations to the plan for publications resulting from the meeting (proceedings, supplement, consensus document, etc.).
- At least one speaker must be a current ILTS member.
- ILTS logo to appear on requestor’s meeting material and website.
- ILTS will post sponsored meeting on ILTS website.
- ILTS will promote the meeting through ILTS membership email announcements.
