Business Practices Committee
The ILTS Business Practices Committee is working to develop comprehensive best practices and guidelines for Liver Transplantation Centers worldwide.
Key aims of the Business Practices Committee
- Collaboratively formulate best practices that reflect the highest standards in Liver Transplantation Center operations.
- Develop guidelines encompassing various aspects, from patient care and safety to administrative efficiency and innovation.
- Provide a roadmap for new and developing centers, assisting them in their growth journey and alignment with industry standards.
