Business Practices Committee

The ILTS Business Practices Committee is working to develop comprehensive best practices and guidelines for Liver Transplantation Centers worldwide.

Key aims of the Business Practices Committee

  • Collaboratively formulate best practices that reflect the highest standards in Liver Transplantation Center operations.
  • Develop guidelines encompassing various aspects, from patient care and safety to administrative efficiency and innovation.
  • Provide a roadmap for new and developing centers, assisting them in their growth journey and alignment with industry standards.
